1. Data Controller

The data controller is Marek Oleszkiewicz operating under the brand AURIMIQ, Lubsko, Poland. Contact: contact@aurimiq.online

2. What data we collect

aurimiq.online is a static landing page hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not operate our own user database at the landing page level. We collect only:

• Technical session data — IP address, browser type, operating system (standard GitHub Pages server logs, not directly accessible to us)
• Account data — if you register in the AURIMIQ app via Supabase: your email address and password (stored in encrypted form)
• Payment data — processed exclusively by Stripe. AURIMIQ does not store card numbers

3. Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies:

• aurimiq_cookie_consent — remembers your cookie preference (365 days)
• Session cookies of the app — required for login in the terminal (Supabase Auth)

We do not use advertising, remarketing, or tracking cookies such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

4. Third-party services

The AURIMIQ application works with the following third-party processors:

• GitHub Pages — site hosting (GitHub Inc., USA). GitHub Privacy Statement
• Netlify — terminal app hosting. Netlify Privacy Policy
• Supabase — user authentication and database. Supabase Privacy Policy
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI query processing. User queries may be transmitted to Anthropic's API. Anthropic Privacy Policy
• Binance / CoinGecko / Kraken — real-time market data (no personal data transmitted)

5. Legal basis for processing

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — account management and payments
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — service security and fraud prevention
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — where you have given consent to cookies

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your personal data
• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object
• Right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority

7. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. All communication with the application is encrypted via HTTPS. Passwords are stored exclusively in hashed form by Supabase.

8. International transfers

Some of our providers (GitHub, Stripe, Anthropic, Supabase) may store data on servers in the United States. These entities participate in frameworks providing an adequate level of data protection (e.g. EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or use Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via a notice on the homepage or by email where we hold your address. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this document.
